 The next chapter that we will be talking about is X or formally known as Twitter. Personally this is one of the most weird changes that I have seen to any social media platform. Although this new change is something that is going to be hard to get used to, we all will understand that X is still going to be beneficial when it comes to business and marketing. 

Some crazy stats that I thought were very interesting from the textbook is that X is a potent tool for businesses looking to leverage their social media platform for marketing, and X users are three times more likely than Facebook users to follow a brand. People also spend about 26% more time when viewing ads on X than on other platforms. X allows businesses to discover what’s happening which allows people to listen and contribute to convos, increase brand awareness which regulates communication with followers, provide customer service, and to connect with customers, brand advocates and influencers. 


When it comes to X there are many attributes that will allow for X profiles to be considered professional. These accounts have the ability to grow and strengthen their presence on X with a wide range of tools not available to non-professionals. Some of these include professional home, professional category, profile spotlights, X shopping, and X ads and quick promotion. There are six main attributes that the profile on X needs to have. This includes account name and display name, profile picture, bio, header photo, pinned post, and a gallery.
